There were some issues with the shower. It didn't work properly and ended up soaking our clothes.

Stayed for a long weekend with a friend, watching an event in the Excel Centre. Great location as it was only a 10 minute easy walk. The apartment itself is great, very comfortable bedrooms and a really nice living / kitchen area upstairs. Very well stocked with everything you’d need, all mod cons. Decent views too. We also had very secure parking onsite. Great value and well worth a stay. Would recommend.
Felt immediately at home, no complaints whatsoever.

Attending a trade show at the Excel, the accommodation was conveniently located with easy access to all train services and within easy walking distance. The spacious accommodation had a well-equipped kitchen and a wonderful lounge area. Michael, the host, provided excellent hospitality and made my stay easy and comfortable. A great area to stay with a lovely view from the lounge and balcony. Will definitely return on my next trip to an event at the Excel.

I had a great value for my money at Primelodge Excel. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient for attending events at the Excel center, with easy access to train services and within walking distance. The staff, especially Michael, was friendly and welcoming, making my stay easy and comfortable.

The location was absolutely mind-blowing, with easy access to all train services and just a short walk to the event at the Excel center. The spacious accommodation had a jaw-droppingly well-equipped kitchen and a WONDERFUL lounge area.
